Concept & Design:
Levell 5 Couture is one of Kolkata’s leading Women Clothing Couture for Ethnic wear & Indo-Western dresses in India. The best way to describe their creation would be to call it a diffusion range. From vibrant
hues on evening gowns to subtle pastel shades on flowing skirts, Levell 5 has it all. Their retail space was designed keeping this aspect in mind; so that the areas are a reflection of what they sell.
The overall showroom space is done with a minimalistic approach with a visual feminine touch. This is evident in the use of soft colours & elements throughout. The height of the available space is
effectively used during the planning process.
The partition of the central island has been created in brass finished metal rods. The mannequin itself has been used as a design feature. One important aspect is that, the space has been made storage free and
virtually clutter free. Use of diffused light brings in a vibrancy to the whole place.
Slant mirrors have been used both outside and inside the trial rooms – slant mirrors affect us psychologically making individuals look slimmer & taller. The metal hanging rods double up as a design
element bringing in a sense of wholesome character.
The use of wooden finished in pink & wall-paper with floral pattern is a celebration of the women that the space caters to.
